This subscription renews automatically. We charge you when you subscribe, and again each period on the same date, at the price of the plan you chose, until you cancel. Switching or cancelling is always in your hands.
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Dashboard, click Manage billing, then Cancel plan. That is the whole process. No phone call, no retention queue, no form.
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your saved quotes stay in your account, and you can still sign in and export them after the subscription ends. If you would rather not use the portal, email support@voratecalculator.com from your account address and we will cancel it for you.
Refunds
- Charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling. Tell us and we refund it.
- Forgot to cancel and have not used the period. Email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it.
- Used the period. We do not usually refund a period you have had the benefit of. Cancelling stops the next charge.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days. None of this affects the statutory rights you have where you live.
If a charge looks wrong, email us before disputing it. We can almost always sort it the same day, which is faster than a bank dispute, and you keep every right with your card issuer either way.
If a payment fails
Stripe retries the payment and emails you. The calculator pauses until it goes through, and nothing is deleted. Update your card from Manage billing and access comes straight back.
Price changes
Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to their renewal, with a reminder of how to cancel. Cancel before the renewal and you are never charged the new price.
Payment security
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Stripe emails a receipt for every charge, and your full invoice history lives in the customer portal.
