Privacy Policy

No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and one cookie that only keeps you signed in.

Last updated August 3, 2026  ·  Effective August 3, 2026

We built this so that the honest version of the privacy policy is also the short one. We do not run analytics, we do not use advertising or tracking pixels, we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not set a single cookie that is not required to keep you signed in.

Who we are

VO Rate Calculator is operated by Rockstar Health Industries Corporation ("we", "us"). It is a partner product to VO Life Coach.

For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described here, email rider@ridervo.com. Postal address: 1474 Scott Road, Saint Johns, FL 32259.

What we collect

That is the complete list.

What we do not collect

  • No passwords. There are none in the system to lose.
  • No card details. Payment happens on Stripe's own pages. We never see or

store a card number.

  • No analytics, advertising, or tracking. No Google Analytics, no pixels,

no session recording, no fingerprinting, no third-party trackers.

  • No location data, contacts, microphone, or camera access.
  • No selling or sharing of personal information with anyone, for any

purpose, ever. We do not run an ad business and never will.

Cookies

One cookie. It is called `vorc_session`, it holds a random sign-in token, and it exists so that you stay signed in as you move between pages.

It is a strictly necessary cookie: the service you asked for cannot work without it. Under the ePrivacy rules that kind of cookie does not require a consent banner, which is why you are not being asked to click one. We are telling you about it here instead, which is what those rules ask for.

The cookie is HttpOnly (JavaScript cannot read it), Secure (it only travels over HTTPS), and SameSite=Lax (it is not sent from other people's sites). It expires after 30 days, or immediately when you sign out.

Why we are allowed to process this

Where the UK and EU GDPR apply, our lawful bases are:

  • Performance of a contract for your account, your saved quotes, and your

subscription. Without an email address there is no account.

  • Legitimate interests for keeping the service secure and preventing

abuse, weighed against your rights and limited to what security needs.

  • Legal obligation for the payment and tax records our processors keep.

We do not rely on consent for any of the above, because none of it is optional to the service. We do not send marketing email from this product.

Who else touches your data

Three processors, each doing one job:

ProcessorWhat they doTheir policy
CloudflareHosts the site and the databasecloudflare.com/privacypolicy
StripeTakes the payment and stores the cardstripe.com/privacy
ResendDelivers your sign-in code emailsresend.com/legal/privacy-policy

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts when a page loads, which means Google receives the request. No other third party is contacted by this site.

Where your data is held

The database and the site run on Cloudflare's network, which is global. Our processors may handle data in the United States and elsewhere, under the transfer mechanisms in their own agreements and policies linked above.

How long we keep it

DataKept for
Sign-in codes10 minutes, then deleted. Deleted immediately once used.
Sessions30 days, or until you sign out. Expired ones are swept automatically.
Your account, quotes and preferencesUntil you delete them, or delete your account
Payment records held by StripeAs long as their financial-record obligations require

Your rights

You can do the first two yourself, right now, from My studio:

  • Get a copy of everything - "Download backup (JSON)" gives you your whole

account. Quotes also export as CSV.

  • Delete everything - "Delete my account" cancels your subscription and

erases your account, quotes, preferences and sessions from our database. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.

You also have the right to correct inaccurate data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Email us and we will act on it.

If you are in the UK or EEA you may complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

One thing we cannot do: erase records Stripe is independently required to keep about a payment that actually happened. Everything on our side goes.

Security

Passwords do not exist here, so they cannot leak. Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only as hashes, so a copy of our database is not a set of working logins. Traffic is HTTPS only. The paid parts of the app are checked on the server on every request, not hidden in the browser. Access to the production database is limited to the operator of the service.

No system is perfect. If you find a security problem, please tell us at rider@ridervo.com and we will take it seriously.

Children

This is a professional tool for working voice talent. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will change the effective date at the top and, for anything significant, tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
