Who we are
VO Rate Calculator is operated by VO Rate Calculator ("we", "us"), a partner product to VO Life Coach. For any privacy question or request, email support@voratecalculator.com.
What we collect
Your email address, which is your account and where sign‑in codes go; the name and experience level you give at sign‑up; the quotes and preferences you save; and a Stripe reference that links your account to your subscription. There are no passwords, and no card number ever reaches us, because payment happens on Stripe's own pages. You can download or delete all of it from your Dashboard at any time.
Cookies
One cookie, vorc_session, holds a random sign‑in token so you stay signed in. It is HttpOnly and Secure, and it clears when you sign out.
We also run the Meta pixel, which is the measurement tool Facebook and Instagram use for advertising. It sets its own cookies on your device, and it tells Meta which pages you opened here and whether you subscribed. It is not given your name, your email address, or anything you type into the calculator. If you would rather not be measured that way, a tracking blocker or your browser's privacy settings will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it.
